Are you a member of the Armed Forces looking to enhance your skills or advance your career? Outreach Rescue is proud to be an approved training provider under the Ministry of Defence’s Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Service (ELCAS).
Through ELCAS, eligible service personnel and veterans can claim financial support to access a selection of training courses designed to build knowledge, confidence, and career opportunities in rescue, clinical, and confined space safety.

Browse the ELCAS-approved courses listed above and select the one that best suits your needs. Register Your Interest while you apply for ELCAS funding.
Visit the ELCAS website and complete the appropriate claim form:
When completing the form, enter the Outreach Rescue Training Provider ID: 5906.
Submit your completed claim form to your line manager or education staff for approval.
Once approved, you’ll receive a Claim Authorisation Note (CAN) from ELCAS. Please email this to enquiries@outreachrescue.com so we can confirm course availability and reserve your place.
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive full course details and joining instructions.
