Outreach Rescue is now approved to deliver GWO Enhanced First Aid (EFA) and Enhanced First Aid Refresher training as part of Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Basic Safety Training (BST).

What Is GWO Enhanced First Aid?
The updated GWO Enhanced First Aid standard is designed to prepare delegates to manage medical incidents in remote and challenging environments until emergency services arrive.
Training includes:
- Structured casualty assessment
- Incident management
- Enhanced practical first aid skills
- Emergency response considerations for the wind industry
The course places greater focus on realistic scenarios and decision-making skills relevant to turbine technicians and those working at height.
