As a member of the CITB Employer Network, Outreach Rescue helps British construction companies access funding for essential training — including confined space, work at height, rescue, first aid and GWO courses.Whether you’re a small contractor or a large employer, if you’re CITB-registered, you could be eligible for up to £25,000 in annual training support.
The CITB Employer Network is a national initiative funded by CITB to simplify how construction employers access and fund training. Through this programme, you can claim funding for accredited, job-relevant training that helps your team stay safe and compliant on site. Outreach Rescue delivers a range of CITB-eligible courses, and as an approved provider, we can guide you through the application process and maximise your funding.
City & Guilds-accredited confined space training, from basic entry to advanced rescue. CITB funding available to keep your team safe, skilled, and compliant on site.
CITB-funded Rope Rescue and Work At Height training includes Safe Work At Height and Rope Rescue Operator. All courses are designed to meet industry safety and compliance needs.
DEFRA-compliant Water Rescue training covering Modules 1–5. CITB-funded courses for teams working near or in water, from awareness to advanced rescue operations.
The CITB-funded course equips personnel with the knowledge and skills to inspect a broad variety of PPE, make an informed judgment of it’s condition and record findings.
Our full range of GWO courses are eligible for CITB funding, including BST and ART. Train for safe, compliant work in the wind energy sector with Outreach Rescue.
Outreach provides CITB-funded first aid and emergency care training, including FREC 3 & 4. Build lifesaving skills and meet workplace compliance with accredited courses.

The CITB Employer Network Fund will provide 70% of all training costs on approved courses — up to £25,000 each year. You only cover the remaining 30%.
Many Outreach Rescue courses match the CITB 'Short-Course Standard'. This includes a wide range of Confined Space, Rope Rescue, Safe Working At Height, Water, First Aid, Emergency Care and Global Wind Organisation training courses.
