
Outreach Rescue is listed on the CITB Employer Network's internal provider directory under The Outreach Organisation Ltd. This allows the Employer Network booking team to source and book eligible training with us. Near Bangor in North Wales and Raglan, South Wales are recorded as our delivery locations.
For the 2026/27 financial year, eligible employers with 1–249 employees may receive 50% match funding for eligible training or a fixed contribution towards certain construction-specific health and safety courses. Eligibility and the available contribution must be confirmed by CITB before booking.

Outreach Rescue delivers specialist technical and rescue training from its Welsh training facilities in Llanllechid (near Bangor) and Raglan.

Funding is budget-led. Eligibility, contribution levels and annual limits are determined by CITB and may change.
Course eligibility must be confirmed individually against CITB’s current funding arrangements. Construction-specific technical, safety and rescue training may be considered where it meets the relevant requirements. However, inclusion in the Outreach Rescue course portfolio does not automatically mean that a course is eligible.
To access an Employer Network, your business must be registered with CITB, up to date with its Levy requirements and located within an Employer Network area. Employer Networks currently support businesses with between 1 and 249 employees. Employers with 250 or more employees are directed to CITB’s separate Large Employer Fund.
CITB makes all eligibility and funding decisions. Outreach Rescue can provide course information, delivery options and a quotation, but we cannot approve funding or confirm that your business qualifies. Before booking, speak to your local CITB Adviser or Employer Network team. They can confirm:
Potentially. Eligible employers may be able to use their annual allocation across several approved courses or employees. Every course must be approved by CITB, and the total support available remains subject to the employer’s annual cap and the Employer Network’s available budget.
